Charlie's Bistro Bus, named after the our dog Charlie, is the new premier food truck in the Berkshires, offering carefully crafted sandwiches, rolls, and bowls.

 Start with our Fried Cauliflower or Fried Brussel Sprouts. For something hearty, try our juicy Charlie’s Smash Burger, tender Southern Pulled Pork, or the flavorful Steak Roll. Our bowls, including the Mexican Bowl and Tikka Bowl, are packed with fresh, vibrant ingredients and are available gluten-free. Be sure to ask about making your bowl spicy!
